Russell is asb’s Senior Partner and has long experience in dealing with complex funding arrangements in support of specific projects, as well as dealing with the commercial and corporate divisions of a number of leading banks and finance services.
Russell is head of the Insurance sector team and his strong leadership of the team draws on years of commercial experience.
He is also a member of our business finance team, which consists of ten experienced lawyers committed to the sector, with particular emphasis on preparing and negotiating innovative financial structures and solutions.
Russell is ranked in the top band by Legal 500 and is listed in Legal Experts 2007.
