For over 20 years his niche has been acting for Claimants in the complex and highly specialised field of catastrophic brain injury, where awards of damages are measured in millions of pounds and in respect of which he has travelled the world, appearing in many different jurisdictions.
A Lawyer for over 35 years, and a part time Judge since 1992, Mike is not only a highly experienced and well regarded career litigator, but also trains expert witnesses nationally and is presently qualifying as a Mediator.
Mike is Chairman of a Kent based Head Injury Charity, a life member of Headway, and holds memberships of the Surrey Acquired Brain Injury Newtork and Aquired Brain Injury Forum in London. Outside of work his interests are his family, mountain biking, travel, local history and the countryside.
