Our Brain Injury team deals exclusively with brain injury cases; we have the specialist knowledge, experience and understanding required to deal successfully with these sensitive cases, and have recovered millions of pounds of damages for the survivors of accidents.

Early intervention enables us to obtain interim payments, if appropriate, from insurers that can ease the financial burden placed on our clients and their families. Where appropriate we advise on the Mental Capacity Act and Court of Protection issues. Through our sister company asb Law LLP, we can also set up Personal Injury Trusts to protect means tested benefits.
Our experience extends to the victims of crime who have sustained brain injury. We steer claims through the Criminal Injuries Claims process, if necessary to the appeals stage, with excellent results.
