Andrew ClintonAndrew qualified in 1989 and became a partner in 1996.  As well as being Managing Partner, he is a member of our Commercial Litigation, TeC (Technology, e-commerce and Computers), Travel and Aviation teams.

Andrew deals with large scale and complex matters including fraud, asset recovery, injunctive works and shareholder disputes. He has particular expertise in e-commerce and intellectual property disputes.

An experienced seminar presenter, Andrew has been described by clients in Chambers as “technically capable and really on the ball”.

He is an Independent Expert appointed by Nominet UK to determine domain name disputes, an accredited ADR Group Panel Mediator and a member of the Society for Computers and Law.
